The installation of snow stops on the roof is carried out taking into account the peculiarities of its construction. The system can be mounted at once or with partial dismantling of the roof. Temporary dismantling of the coverage is dictated by the need to attach brackets to the roof batten at a certain distance from its edge.
The rafters are not always exactly where it is necessary to install the brackets of the structure, it is often necessary to add boards. The ideal option is to install snow stops at the same time as the roofing. Installation of barriers by industrial climbers is carried out either along the entire perimeter of the roof, or only in places where there is a chance that the sliding snow will cause damage:
- near sidewalks;
- above building entrances;
- above skylights;
- near car parking spaces.
